Lovely Shared 3 Bed Home Near The Thames - Thamesmead (Greater London)

The house offers a beautiful view of the Thames. The cozy atmosphere adds to the home-like feel, despite a few shortcomings.

Arriving to find the wrong Wi-Fi code and no towels provided until asked was off-putting. The shower is the tiniest I've encountered-just about enough space to rinse off without knocking your elbows. The heating situation was dire in the cold of January, with a thermostat barely above freezing and only a weak electric heater for backup. It was annoying to deal with cold showers for two nights due to inadequate communication about how to operate the heating system.

Nice hotel and the location on the Thames was great. Neat and spacious room with comfortable bed and an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and central heating. Garden view, very friendly and accommodating staff.

The property is in a great location next to Thamesmead, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like Lesnes Abbey Woods and Abbey Wood. Our stay was nice, but the heating system left something to be desired as we often returned to a cold room. Still, the property was clean and situated in a calm neighborhood, which we appreciated after a long day. A couple of minor issues like broken toilet fixtures did pop up, but overall, it was a decent place for our stay.

Our host was cute. The shared spaces, including the bathroom, were consistently clean. Although the shower was a tad cramped, the overall experience was quite pleasant.

The Double Room was cozy and definitely. The bed was super comfy, and I appreciated the heater when it got a bit chilly. The hosts were really warm and made sure I had everything I needed, including the Wi-Fi info right away. No complaints here!
